Woody is the main character the player controls, completing various tasks designed to annoy the irritating Neighbours while he enjoys a relaxing vacation with his girlfriend, trying to escape Woody’s mischievous pranks.

The annoying Neighbours is the primary target in all levels of this version of How to Annoy Your Neighbours 2. Your main objective is to irritate him as much as possible. The anger level is displayed in the bottom left corner of the screen, and the higher it is, the more gold coins the game rewards you with.

She is Mr. Rottweiler’s girlfriend and also appears as an annoying character. Some of the pranks you play are also aimed at making her angry.

The gameplay is very similar to the first version of Neighbour from Hell. Mr. Rottweiler roams freely on the upper deck of the ship, doing whatever he pleases, while Woody stays below, observing and plotting to set traps without being detected.

At the bottom of the screen, there are hints indicating what Mr. Rottweiler is currently thinking of doing and what he is about to do. As the controller of Woody, you must pay close attention to these hints to effectively set traps using the various elements provided by the Neighbour from Hell 2 PC game system.

The difficulty increases as you progress through the levels, and the chances of being caught by Mr. Rottweiler increase. Be as quick as possible and stay hidden from Mr. Rottweiler, his mother, and his girlfriend to avoid being caught and losing the level. On the other hand, if you successfully complete the tasks, you will be rewarded with gold coins that will help you complete the tasks in subsequent levels.
