As the first official spin-off of the massively popular Vampire Survivors, the game takes familiar characters, weapons, and enemies from the original title and reimagines them through an entirely different style of gameplay.

Instead of surviving endless waves of monsters in real time, players descend into dangerous dungeons filled with treasures, hidden surprises, and relentless enemies. Vampire Crawlers combines first-person dungeon crawling with roguelite deck-building mechanics. Players choose a unique Crawler and venture through multi-floor dungeons packed with monsters, rewards, and unexpected encounters.

Combat is entirely turn-based and revolves around playing cards from a customized deck. Each card represents attacks, abilities, weapons, or special effects.
